Refund policy

Due to the nature of TCG all Sales are Final.


1. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Except for the circumstances listed in sections 2, 3, and 4 below, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.


2. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to request evaluation.

We will, at our sole discretion, offer either:

- A replacement at no additional charge,

- Or a full refund to your original payment method.

Product is brand new / factory sealed. Imperfections in shrink wrap and product packaging may happen and does not qualify for a replacement or discount.

Any and all issues related to improper packaging or other manufacture issues must be resolved by contacting Konami directly. Please read all policies for use of this website before placing orders.


3. Preorder Cancellations

You may cancel a preorder at any time before shipment. If cancelled, a 6% restocking/processing fee will be deducted from your refund to offset payment processing costs.


4. Cancellation & Fraud‑Prevention Policy

To protect our business and customers, we may cancel any order that triggers the following risk indicators (not limited to):

  • Fraud warnings flagged in Shopify or third-party fraud screening tools;
  • Shipping to mail-forwarding or package‑resender services, undisclosed P.O. boxes, or verified virtual/forwarding addresses;
  • Undeliverable or mismatched address flagged by carriers;
  • Repeated or correlated orders from the same person or device within short intervals;
  • Other activity reasonably deemed suspicious.

There will be a 6% restocking/processing fee.

a. Reasonable Inquiry Efforts

We will attempt to reach you within 1 business day using the primary email or phone linked to your order.
If we do not receive a response within 2 business days, we reserve the unilateral right to cancel the order.

b. Cancellation Charges & Refunds

- A cancellation initiated under this section generally qualifies for a refund less a 6% restocking/processing fee.

- If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, or funds captured:

We may issue a partial refund equal to the amount that Shopify or your payment processor allows, minus the 6% fee if applicable.

b. Discretion & Binding Agreement

All decisions under this policy are at our sole and absolute discretion and are binding. We retain the right to deny a refund for any order if evidence of fraud or misrepresentation is present.


5. General Legal Terms

- A 6% fee is calculated as 6% of the total order amount, including items, shipping, and tax, deducted before refund.

- This fee is applied to help offset unavoidable payment gateway and restocking costs caused by cancellations.

- These policies are governed by the laws of Your State and are subject to applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.

- If your jurisdiction prohibits restocking fees for fraud-related cancellations, we will rely on store credit or alternative remedies to ensure compliance.
